Shipping and Receiving Associate

The Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing parts materials and supplies to support our collision repair operations. This role ensures accurate inventory timely deliveries and proper documentation working closely with technicians estimators and vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Receive inspect and verify incoming automotive parts and materials.
• Process and prepare outgoing shipments returns and core parts.
• Maintain organized parts storage areas and update inventory systems.
• Label distribute and track parts to appropriate repair jobs.
• Communicate with management regarding delivery discrepancies or damaged items
• Work with estimators and technicians to ensure parts accuracy and availability
• Maintain a clean safe and orderly work environment

IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THESE ATTRIBUTES:

• Previous experience in shipping/receiving automotive parts warehouse or similar role preferred
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is a plus
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid drivers license and state inspection license
