Concrete Sales Representative
About Us:
We’re a growing concrete company serving the Cincinnati and Columbus area, specializing in high-quality driveways, patios, sidewalks, and decorative/stamped concrete. Our reputation is built on craftsmanship, communication, and doing things the right way—and we’re looking for someone who can help us continue to grow.
What You’ll Do:
- Meet with homeowners and clients to discuss concrete projects
- Provide on-site estimates and recommendations
- Build trust and guide customers through the sales process
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong communication
- Work closely with our production team to ensure smooth project handoffs
- Manage your pipeline and help drive company growth
- Engage in proactive outside sales efforts by cold calling and lead generation
- Develop and nurture strong business/commercial relationships through effective account management and personalized customer service
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales experience (construction or home services preferred, but not required)
- Concrete experience/knowledge
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable meeting clients in person and closing deals
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Pay: $54,382.07 - $95,492.39 per year
