Administrative Assistant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm )

• High-volume data entry and 10-key processing
• Assist with Accounts Payable and timecard entry
• Answer phones and provide general administrative support
• Maintain office supplies, filing systems, and equipment Schedule meetings and support daily office operations

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

• Strong 10-key and data entry experience required
• Basic accounting knowledge (Accounts Payable preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Stable work history and professional communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
