Machine OperatorLocation: 1140 S. Highbrook St.Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM & 2:00 PM – 11:00 PMIndustry: Nutraceutical & Pharmaceutical ManufacturingAbout the RoleJetpack is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on production role for someone who has at least one year of machine operating experience and enjoys working with manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for setting up, operating, cleaning, and maintaining production equipment while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.We are proud to be a Second Chance Employer. We believe in providing opportunities for individuals who are ready to work hard, grow, and succeed.What You'll DoSet up, operate, and monitor capsule manufacturing equipmentPerform machine changeovers and adjust equipment for different production runsAssist with new product setups and accurately document machine settingsDisassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble production equipmentPull, verify, and document raw materials and lot numbers for production batchesComplete production paperwork accurately and on timePerform routine equipment inspections and basic troubleshootingIdentify quality, food safety, or equipment concerns and report them promptlyMaintain a clean, organized, and GMP-compliant work areaFollow all FDA, GMP, safety, and company proceduresSupport other production operations as neededRequired QualificationsMinimum of one (1) year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environmentHigh school diploma or GED preferredMechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new equipment quicklyExperience performing machine setup and changeovers preferredComfortable using basic hand toolsBasic computer skills for production documentationStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to lift up to 75 pounds to shoulder height regularlyAbility to stand, bend, twist, and work in a fast-paced production environment throughout the shiftPreferred ExperienceExperience in one or more of the following industries is a plus:Nutraceutical manufacturingPharmaceutical manufacturingFood manufacturingPackagingPlastics or injection moldingGeneral manufacturingWhy Join Jetpack?Full-time, stable employment with a growing companyCompetitive pay based on experienceOpportunities for advancement and cross-trainingSupportive team environmentMeaningful work producing health and wellness productsEqual Opportunity EmployerJetpack is an Equal Opportunity Employer and proudly supports fair hiring practices, including second chance employment.
