Role Overview:

We’re seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Recruiting Specialist to join our growing team in Parma Heights. This in-office position is ideal for individuals with a background in hospitality or customer service who are eager to transition into a rewarding career in recruitment. No prior recruitment experience is necessary—just a passion for people and a drive to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, and placing dental professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and dental practices.
• Utilize our custom-developed app and other tools to streamline the staffing process.
• Collaborate with a supportive and results-driven team in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or similar people-focused roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• A proactive and positive attitude.
• A desire to learn and grow in the staffing industry.
