Job Description:

Join a growing production team and become a success story! In this role, you'll assemble products and components using hand and power tools while supporting quality and production goals. You'll work alongside a team dedicated to craftsmanship, safety, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to specifications
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow work instructions and production documentation
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Move materials and products throughout the production process
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support team goals and production schedules

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable working with tools and performing hands-on tasks
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening

The base salary for this position is $16/hr. or more based on experience, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
