Ensemble keeps communities healthy by keeping hospitals healthy. We recognize that healthcare requires a human touch, and we believe that every touch should be meaningful. This is why our people are the most important part of who we are. By empowering them to challenge the status quo, we know they will be the difference!

O.N.E Purpose:

  • Customer Obsession: Consistently provide exceptional experiences for our clients, patients, and colleagues by understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.

  • Embracing New Ideas: Continuously innovate by embracing emerging technology and fostering a culture of creativity and experimentation.

  • Striving for Excellence: Execute at a high level by demonstrating our “Best in KLAS” Ensemble Difference Principles and consistently delivering outstanding results.

The Opportunity:

As Senior Product Manager on the Product & Innovation team, you will execute on a technology-forward roadmap that deploys solutions directly into our clients’ RCM operations. The work you do will empower our associates to work smarter, improve revenue capture for healthcare organizations, and drive meaningful efficiency gains at scale.

Reporting to the AVP of Product & Innovation, you will serve as the connective tissue between operations, engineering, and global product team members. You will own requirement discovery, documentation, and refinement through the full development lifecycle, and you will stay close to deployed technology to ensure it continues to perform.

Key Responsibilities

· Translate operational needs into technology requirements. Lead discovery sessions with operations teams to understand how associates work, define what technology solutions need to accomplish, and document requirements that engineering can build against.

· Shepherd solutions from build through deployment. Maintain alignment with engineering on priorities, coordinate testing with operations, and ensure feedback is captured and incorporated — delivering solutions that perform in a live operational environment.

· Maintain roadmap accuracy and transparency. Ensure development timelines, KPIs, and feature documentation reflect current reality and keep stakeholders informed and aligned.

· Coordinate and manage work across a distributed global product team. Effectively delegate, review, and maintain accountability for work completed by global product team members to keep delivery on track.

What We Offer

· The opportunity to shape how AI and automation transform an entire industry segment.

· A collaborative, mission-driven team that moves fast and values your expertise.

· Remote-first work environment with approximately 5–10% travel.

· Reporting structure with direct access to and partnership with senior leadership.

Qualifications

· 3+ years of professional experience in healthcare RCM consulting, product management, healthcare RCM technology implementation, or a closely related field.

· Demonstrated ability to translate complex operational processes into structured technology requirements.

· Experience working in or closely with agile engineering teams

· Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize information and communicate clearly across operational, technical, and executive audiences.

· Ability to work independently with general oversight in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment.

· Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Preferred

· Strong working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, with particular depth in back-end insurance billing and follow-up processes.

· Hands-on experience with Aha or similar product management / roadmap tools.

· Familiarity with Azure DevOps or comparable agile project management platforms.

· Working knowledge of SQL; ability to write basic queries independently.

· Experience deploying rules-based automation, AI, or LLM-powered solutions in an operational context.

· Background at a healthcare RCM technology company or as a product manager supporting RCM operations.

· Consulting or advisory experience in healthcare technology or RCM.

· Experience managing distributed or global product team members.

· This position pays between $101,600 - 152,400 based on experience and geographic location.

· Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.

· This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel (up to 10%) to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.
