Job Description
The Logistics Specialist is responsible for executing customer vehicle relocation service orders and supporting business operations. This role involves effective management of customer orders, communication via email and telephone with staff, Independent Contractors (ICs), and contacts for pickup and delivery, and maintaining precise data in the CRM.
Responsibilities
- Manage execution of customer orders, ensuring precise coordination and scheduling of vehicle pickup and delivery.
- Oversee the accurate and timely completion of additional services such as vehicle detailing, titling/registration, and storage.
- Communicate promptly by email, telephone, and CRM, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain accurate data in CRM after each communication, including uploading photos and scanned documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- In the manager's absence, calculate and offer flat fees on orders by emailing bid sheets to ICs.
- Daily management of the storage vehicle facility, tracking vehicles in and out using VIN and order verifications.
- Check vehicles in and out, noting damages, inventory items left in vehicles, and moving vehicles within the lot.
- Ensure vehicles are operational, communicating issues to headquarters for resolution before reactivation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced office environment.
- Advanced computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, inventory experience is a plus.
- Strong typing skills with a minimum of 37 WPM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
Work Environment
The position is based on-site in Marysville, OH, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The role involves working in a cooperative team environment in one of the fastest-growing fleet transport companies, which is a women-owned business with opportunities for growth across 11 different departments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
