Northeast Oregon Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner Position - $20K Sign-On + 401K
An independent, not-for-profit health system located in Northeast Oregon has an opening for an experienced Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner to join their team.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Total compensation opportunity ($143K+), RVU production bonus based on annual threshold & quality incentives up to $16K annually
- Commencement bonus of $20,000
- $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time

Job Details:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Flexible Schedule 10-12 hour shifts
- Average 15-20 patients per day-Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day
- X-ray on site
- 6 Exam rooms
- EPIC EMR
- 1+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Medicine is required.
