About the Role:
As an Operations Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our business. You will be cross-trained in various areas, assisting with administrative tasks, logistics, sample and order processing, customer support, and more. This role requires a calm and proactive individual who can adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to the efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support across multiple departments.
- Assist with order processing, sample management, and logistics coordination.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of operational processes.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and increase efficiency.
- Perform data entry, reporting, and other office tasks as needed.
- Support various business needs as they arise—flexibility is key!
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software.
- A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Comfortable with communicating with customers and vendors (in person, via phone, via email/text)
- Previous experience in operations, administration, logistics, or support roles is a plus but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate!
