Warehouse Team Member

- Experience with food handling
- 2+ years of experience operating electric pallet jacks, stand-up forklifts, and reach forklifts (preferred)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme cold (freezer environment)
- Ability to bend, stoop, crawl, and twist throughout the shift
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the warehouse
- Ensure efficient and accurate movement of products
- Unload inbound shipments and load outbound trucks following company policies and weight restrictions
- Stage products properly for efficient loading
- Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain food safety standards at all times
- Operate scanners and warehouse technology accurately
- Enter data correctly into systems
- Verify product acceptance and returns according to company procedures
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
