Icertis Administrator and Business Analyst ( 4284 - Ohio ) (Marysville)

Key Responsibilities- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and sprint planning sessions
- Lead user solution planning and requirement gathering activities
- Perform story point estimation and backlog refinement
- Configure Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform components
- Implement and configure ICI Co-Pilot features
- Provide best practice leadership for ICI methodologies
- Conduct user demonstrations and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Ensure clear internal communication on project progress
- Work as part of an Icertis product team supporting enterprise contract management solutions
- Guide teams on real-world Icertis implementation practices beyond certification knowledge
- Configure and deliver new contract templates and contract types
- Establish linkage between amendments and related contracts
- Configure Co-Pilot modules including Risk, Discovery, and Interactive Insights
- Support rollout of new contract structures and enhancements for customers
- Strong leadership in ICI best practices and thought leadership
- Deep expertise in designing and configuring contract types and templates
- Experience optimizing Co-Pilot configurations for platform efficiency
- Ability to maximize adoption and effective use of the Icertis platform
