Overview:

Bright Now! Dental in Huber Heights is seeking a skilled and motivated Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about patient care and confident in performing expanded duties to support efficient, high-quality dental treatment.

Schedule (days/hours): Monday-Thursday 8-5 Friday 8-2 Responsibilities:

• Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures
• Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
• Improving oral health, solving dental challenges, and bettering smiles every day

Qualifications:

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Compensation: $32-$36/hour About:
