In addition to being one of the largest inventories of the finest audio/visual equipment in the business, we provide the latest in event technologies, in-house graphic design, complete video & post-production services, and expert production management pulling from our over 38 years of experience and leadership.
We have office locations in Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Indiana, Louisville, KY and Memphis, TN.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (include, but are not limited to…)
The HR Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resource department, including hiring staff, administering pay and benefits, time off and leaves of absence, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and enforcing company policies and practices. This includes:
- Recruitment, including interviews/Hiring/Onboarding/Offboarding
- Oversee the daily workflow and functions of the department
- Benefits Administration and yearly review of benefits plans offered. Planning for Benefits Annual enrollment and processing of monthly benefit bills.
- Payroll Processing/Tax Administration and year-end reporting using ADP systems
- Performance planning and tracking
- Support managers on performance improvement opportunities, discipline for performance or behavior concerns and/or termination of employees in accordance with company policy
- Employee Relations complaints and proper investigations of incidents
- Compliance with Policies and Procedures
- Compliance with laws and regulations (multi-states) and reporting requirements
- Workers’ Compensation and work-related injuries
- Employee training on HR policies and programs
- Provides guidance to employees and leadership when necessary
The position works in partnership with the executive leadership team, Human Resource Director, and Finance.
SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS/KNOWLEDGE:
- Senior level position experienced in leading, developing, defining and implementing human resources policies and procedures.

- Effective communicator and relationship builder.
- Must be organized, attentive to detail, persistent and demonstrate the ability to follow through projects to completion.
- Capable of handling multiple assignments and meeting deadlines.
- Capable of working with all levels of management.
- Understanding of the sensitive and confidential information that is shared and the ability to maintain confidentiality with those who require notification.

Work Environment:
- The duties of this position are performed indoors in an office environment.
- 7 + years
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Human Resources Certification – SHRM/HR Institute
- General education requirements in the areas of communication, social science, natural science and humanities provide analytical and communication skills as well as a global perspective of diverse cultures.
