Position Overview

Our client, a well known and highly regarded pharmaceutical company, is currently seeking a freelance Video Producer / Videographer with strong production experience to support a series of product "how-to" videos.

This opportunity is onsite in Cincinnati, OH or Raritan, NJ (on-site) and is scheduled to be 3 days of shooting ~12 how-to product videos.

Were seeking experienced video producers/cinematographers to support a series of product how-to videos filmed on-site in lab environments. This role will focus on capturing clear, consistent, step-by-step demonstrations designed for a professional (surgeon) audience. There will be shoot guidelines provided by client.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video of product demonstrations in lab settings
• Follow a structured, step-by-step shot guide to ensure consistency across videos
• Execute hands-only filming style with clean, instructional framing
• Set up and manage lighting, camera, and basic audio equipment (must have your own equipment to bring onsite)
• Collaborate with SMEs on-site to ensure accurate capture of each step
• Maintain efficient pace (~1 hour per product) across shoot days
• Manage equipment setup and breakdown (load-in/load-out)

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in videography or cinematography
• Access to lighting, sound and camera equipment to bring onsite
• Strong experience filming instructional or "how-to" content
• Experience filming physical products and how-to videos with attention to detail
• Comfortable working in lab with SMEs guiding instructions
• Experience in healthcare, medical device, or manufacturing environments is ideal
• Familiarity and experience with "hands-only" or demo-style shooting
• Ability to bring or coordinate necessary equipment

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
