Position: Manufacturing Facilities Maintenance Helper
Shift: 1st Shift – Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: Wickliffe, OH
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

A well-established manufacturing facility in Wickliffe, Ohio is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Helper to support day-to-day maintenance operations. This entry-level position is ideal for someone mechanically inclined and eager to learn within a structured industrial environment.

Position Overview

As a Facilities Maintenance Helper , you’ll work under the guidance of experienced maintenance personnel to assist with routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and general upkeep of the facility. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an industrial setting and build a foundation for a long-term career in manufacturing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with basic facility repairs, equipment upkeep, and preventative maintenance

• Perform general labor tasks such as painting, cleaning, and moving equipment or materials

• Help with maintenance of building systems including lighting, plumbing, and HVAC

• Support production and maintenance teams as needed

• Follow safety procedures and company protocols at all times

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or maintenance role preferred

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for most of the shift

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools

• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
