SeniorDent is a national leader in providing on-site mobile dental care to nursing facilities across the U.S. We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Traveling General Dentist to serve patients in the Dover/Wilmington, DE area . This role is ideal for a dentist who enjoys working with elderly patients and values flexibility in their schedule.

Position Details

• Schedule: Part-time, flexible (approximately 4 days/week)
• Setting: Nursing home and long-term care facilities (mobile dentistry)
• Travel: Required within Delaware; occasional overnight stays
• Compensation: Starting from $180,000 per year (contract)
• Mileage: Reimbursed if using your own vehicle
• Travel Reimbursement: Provided for overnight stays
• Equipment/Supplies: All provided by SeniorDent

Responsibilities

• Perform annual exams and diagnose dental conditions
• Provide general dental treatments including dentures, simple extractions, restorations, and comfort care
• Take x-rays or impressions for dentures or partials
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Deliver compassionate care in a nursing home environment

Qualifications

• Active Delaware dental license (current and in good standing)
• Professional liability insurance or eligibility under group policy
• Experience with elderly patients preferred, not required
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Patient-oriented, caring, and reliable
