Production worker Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $22.20 to $23.20 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:00pm )
- Load and unload metal parts into robotic welding fixtures.
- Operate automated weld cells and monitor the welding process.
- Inspect welded parts for quality, correct dimensions, and defects.
- Perform minor weld touch-ups or repairs when needed.
- Read work instructions, blueprints, and quality specifications.
- Record production and quality data.
- Keep the work area clean and follow 5S housekeeping standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Meet production and quality goals while minimizing scrap.
Production worker Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or welding experience is helpful but often not required for entry-level positions.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35–50 pounds.
- Ability to use measuring tools and inspect parts.
- Willingness to work overtime and various shifts if require.
- first shift 7am to 3 pm, Mon-Fri
- Steel toed boots or shoes are required
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
