Technical Support & Customer Enablement Specialist
Barkley HQ is seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused Technical Support Specialist to provide high-touch support and account enablement to our customer base. In this role, you will own customer inquiries end-to-end across phone, SMS/text, and email channels.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to inbound customer calls, texts, and emails in a timely, professional manner.
* Troubleshoot technical friction, answer product workflow/enablement questions, and help users get the most out of our platform.
* Translate customer bug reports or feature requests into clear, actionable technical tickets for our development team (capturing steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual outcomes, and system logs).
* Own customer tickets through full resolution and ensure total customer satisfaction.
**Work Structure:** This is a flexible, part-time contractor position operates on a shared "claim-based / first-to-grab" ticket model with a weekly hours allotment. Average of 20 hours per week.
