About the Role:

As the Self-Storage Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility. This includes leasing units, managing tenant accounts, maintaining property standards, and driving revenue through outstanding customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective tenants

· Rent units, process payments, and manage customer accounts

· Maintain a clean, safe, and secure facility

· Manage inventory of moving supplies and retail items

· Perform light maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed

· Maintain accurate records and daily reporting

Qualifications:

· High School diploma or equivalent (college a plus)

· Prior experience in customer service, retail, or property management preferred

· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

· Basic computer skills (MS Office, facility management software)

· Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

· Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
