Responsibilities

This position is a Hybrid role, must be local to the Lake County area in OHIO. Also, we are in need to have someone start ASAP!

The Challenge: In this role, you’ll be the architect of our benefits landscape. One day you’re navigating the nuances of Canadian benefits renewals and ACA compliance ; the next, you’re the hero helping an employee navigate FMLA or parental leave during one of life’s biggest moments.
