About the Role
As our Irrigation Service Specialist, you’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation, lighting, and water feature systems for our clients. You’ll troubleshoot issues, recommend upgrades, and make sure every system you touch meets Hidden Creek’s high standards. You’ll also communicate directly with clients and collaborate with our sales and operations teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and takes pride in both technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Install, service, and maintain irrigation and lighting systems to meet design specs and manufacturer guidelines
- Conduct inspections, diagnose issues, and perform repairs to minimize downtime
- Provide clients with seasonal adjustments, efficiency tips, and system education
- Communicate with account managers and project teams to coordinate service work
- Recommend upgrades or modifications to improve performance and conservation
- Manage service records, inventory, and scheduling for assigned work
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in irrigation system installation, maintenance, or repair (lighting experience a plus)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and follow design specifications and manufacturer instructions
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Willingness to work in various outdoor conditions year-round
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
