Overview
Join our sales team where you will be expanding our customer base and maintaining existing customer relationships. You will help propel our brand forward, making a tangible impact through exceptional customer service. This paid position offers a hybrid fixed and performance-based salary.
Duties
- Engage in proactive outside sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Develop strategic travel plans to maximize sales growth and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective account management, entertainment, and outstanding customer service.
- Work with customers on pricing and terms to maintain profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
- Perform regular analysis of sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Experience
- Proven experience in business-to-business sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and customer relationship management.
- Demonstrated technical sales skills, metal fabrication sales experience is desired.
- Customer-focused mindset that prioritizes service excellence.
- Experience in marketing strategies and lead generation techniques is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze sales data, and to find new opportunities.
