Pay & Bonuses

• Weekly Earnings: Average around $1,350+ gross per week.
• Transition Cash: $1,500 sign-on bonus to help you transition into your new schedule.
• Experience Pay: Base rate up to $0.63 CPM scaled to your driving history.
• Extra Earning Avenues:
  • $51.50 for completed backhauls
  • $20 for every delivery stop
  • $75 extra for holidays worked
  • Minimum route pay guarantees your check on short-distance runs.

Route, Equipment & Lifestyle

• Home Time: Home daily with a guaranteed 2 days off every single week.
• The Freight: 100% dry and refrigerated no-touch freight. You'll handle a mix of drop & hook and live unloads.
• Daily Driving: Average a strong 1,600 to 1,700 miles each week running dedicated lanes through Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.
• Onboarding: Includes a fully paid, one-day ride-along training session.

Shift Options & Flexibility

• Openings: Both full-time and part-time positions are currently open.
• The Schedule: 10 to 12-hour local runs operating 24/7 with various start times. Because local retail needs are daily, shifts require working nights, weekends, and holidays.

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 3 months of solo tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
• Must have your own reliable personal vehicle to commute daily to the local terminal.
• Clean driving record (MVR) and clean background check.
• Safety Restriction: This account is strictly not SAP friendly.
