Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a General Labor for our client. This job is responsible for supporting multiple production areas by sorting materials, moving products between workstations, assisting machine operators, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

• Sort and process aluminum wheels by removing lead weights and steel inserts.
• Separate wheels by type and load materials onto conveyors.
• Clean work areas after each production load.
• Move materials between workstations in the Dust Room and maintain a clean work area.
• Assist Turnings operators by transporting materials throughout the production process.
• Support Copper Building operations by de-boxing materials and feeding the chop line.
• Perform general housekeeping duties using brooms, shovels, rakes, vacuums, and other cleaning tools.
• Safely operate equipment and follow all established safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members and assist in other departments as needed.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by supervisors or management.

What Are the Requirements of the Job?

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for up to 10-hour shifts.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• Willingness to assist wherever needed to support production operations.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and more than 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely operate equipment and use hand tools.
• Must wear required PPE, including safety glasses, steel-toe boots, hearing protection, and respiratory protection (dust mask).
