Title: Structural Engineer
Location: Cincinnati, OH, Columbus, OH, and/or Phoenix, AZ

POSITION PROFILE:
Our client is seeking a Structural Engineer to assist in the design and detailing of structural components under supervision and direction. This role involves contributing to efficient, accurate, and code-compliant designs for a variety of projects. The Structural Engineer will support project managers with work plan development, collaborate with internal teams and clients, manage deadlines and profitability, and help identify project risks with the project management and quality control teams.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and detail efficient structures that are code compliant, accurate and of high quality
- Act as the Project Manager or Project Engineer on multiple projects that vary in size and complexity
- Develop strong client relationships and engage in business development practices to leverage those partnerships for ongoing project work
- Manage project cost through effective planning and prioritization
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university; Masters degree preferred
- 6 + years of structural engineering experience with demonstrated growth in project management and diverse projects
- Proven ability to contribute positively to successful project teams
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) license required
