Role at a glance

• Set up, program/load, and operate a CNC press brake for both production and prototype runs
• Perform in‑process inspections per the Process Routing Document and record results clearly
• Complete required reports and associated paperwork accurately and on time
• Collaborate with management, foreperson, quality, and shop personnel to resolve quality or machining issues
• Follow our Quality Management System procedures, work instructions, and forms
• Perform daily maintenance and leave the area clean after each shift
• Protect company, customer, and supplier property—electronic, intellectual, and physical

What makes you a strong match

• 1+ year of CNC press brake operating experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Blueprint and drawing literacy
• Inspection know‑how with strong documentation habits
• Comfort with basic math used in fabrication

Schedule and location

2nd Shift: 4:30pm – 2:00 am or 3:00pm to 12:30am. Based in Avon, OH.
