German Speaking Client Support - Finance | Work In Greece
Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opening for a German Speaking Client Support Representative in the finance sector. This position offers the chance to work in beautiful Greece while helping clients navigate their financial needs in German. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to German-speaking clients on various financial inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with account management, transactions, and product inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely responses
- Troubleshoot client issues and provide solutions to effectively resolve concerns
- Document client interactions and maintain comprehensive records in our CRM system
- Work closely with other departments to streamline service delivery and improve client experiences
- Stay up-to-date with financial products and services, as well as regulatory changes, to provide informed support
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is highly desirable
- Experience in client support or customer service, preferably in the finance sector, is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building positive relationships
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to meeting client needs
- Familiarity with financial services and products is advantageous
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace the local culture and lifestyle
