Good Food Restaurants is hiring for Kitchen Team Members at Spring & Main. Exciting new restaurants and bold entertainment options all under one roof in the heart of downtown Lima. With the reopening of the Lima legacy Casa Lu Al, the warm hospitality of Nonno's Cellar, the contemporary feel of Vista Taco and its rooftop bar, and all the excitement of Corner Pins duckpin bowling alley, Spring & Main has the variety and fun you're looking for in a job!

Overview : For this position, we are seeking reliable and team-oriented individuals that thrive in a fast-paced work environment , have a passion for preparing delicious, quality food, and aim to deliver a quality customer experience. Kitchen Team Members will have the opportunity to work in two state-of-the-art kitchens, assist ing with kitchen setup, food preparation, cooking, food presentation, and kitchen cleaning and sanitation. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and c ook f ood to o rder per the s pecification
• Follow s tandard r ecipes
• Setup and t eardown of f ood p reparation w orkspace 
• Operate, c lean, s anitize and m aintain k itchen e quipment
• Properly s tore and h andle f ood  
• Follow f ood s ervice s afety & s anitation p rotocols across the k itchen
• Comply with c ompany p olicies and p rocedures 

Required Qualifications:

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work in a team and take direction
• Enthusiasm for c ustomer s ervice and a g uest- f irst m entality
• Basic computer literacy and math skills

• Ability to multi-task
• Must be 16+ to apply
