You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing high-quality service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction through phone interactions. Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous and efficient manner

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and account status

• Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues when necessary

• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality and customer satisfaction

• Maintain a professional demeanor and comply with confidentiality standards

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service role

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

• Proficient in using call center software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications

• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
