Senior Staff Accountant
Summary:
The Senior Staff Accountant assists in the day-to-day operations of the accounting department. This role reports to the Accounting Manager.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing various entities in QuickBooks Research and provide recommendations on new software solutions to support business needs Assist with preparation and review of W-2's, W-3's and annual reconciliations Assist with the preparation and review of general ledger account reconciliations Provide support for multiple external audits, which include financial, ESOP, 401k and insurance Streamline OCIP/CCIP reporting and policy management Help support overall team development including developing SOP's within the department Adheres to the company's safety policies to create a safe work environment Other duties as assignedThis position is available in either Mansfield or Columbus, and occasional travel between these offices may be required.

Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field, or five years of equivalent work experience Minimum of five years of accounting experience Construction accounting experience preferred Experience using a PC (Microsoft Suite, Adobe, Vista by Viewpoint a plus) Must be detail oriented Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a team environment Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlinesEOE:
