Kelly Services is partnering with a top-tier traffic control company in North Canton to find a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist . If you're ready to showcase your financial savvy and make a real impact - this is your chance!

Be the driving force behind the company's billing and collections success. You'll ensure invoices are accurate, payments are on time, and customers get the first-class service they deserve.

What You'll Do:

• Accurately apply daily cash receipts

• Monitor accounts and coordinate payment resolutions

• Partner with customers and internal teams to solve collection issues

• Help reduce delinquency and improve cash flow

• Resolve invoice disputes with professionalism

• Escalate and follow up to keep processes on track

• Support special projects and cross-team initiatives

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED

• 1-3 years' experience in collections, cash application, or call center

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong understanding of accounting basics

• Organized, detail-driven, and a natural problem-solver

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) - Great Plains & Salesforce a plus
