What You'll Do:

• Run 10–15 confirmed in-home appointments each week (no cold calls or door knocking).

• Present roofing and exterior remodeling solutions to homeowners.

• Complete paid training, then keep growing with ongoing sales coaching.

• Work with a supportive team in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

What You'll Get:

• OTE: $125,000–$250,000/year ($36K base + commission, then full commission after 6 months).

• Paid training + uncapped commission program. This is a W-2 position.

• Reliable vehicle + valid driver's license.
