As a Dishwasher/Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cafe runs smoothly, dishes are spotless, and guests receive attentive service. Duties
- Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold health standards.
- Clear and wipe tables promptly to ensure a clean and inviting dining area for guests.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating or assembling ingredients when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen stations, cafe areas and service areas through regular cleaning routines.
- Collaborate with bakers, baristas, and management to deliver seamless service experiences.
Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or heavy dishware.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail-oriented work ethic.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to support others.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction.
