Minutemen Staffing is looking for a ROUTING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for the Grove port area. Pay rate is $19. HOURS MONDAY-FRIDAY 7AM-330PM

Duties and Responsibilities:

A Route Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing delivery or service routes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness . They analyze logistics data, monitor driver performance, and make real-time adjustments to improve delivery times and customer satisfaction.

Essential Skills:

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication (verbal/written), active listening, problem-solving, dependability, and a customer-centric mindset.
• Technical Skills: Basic math, computer proficiency (routing software), and sometimes two-way radio or phone systems.
• Customer Relations: Build rapport, resolve issues promptly, and act as the primary point of contact for customers on your route.
• Sales & Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell new products/services and expand the customer base.
• Route Management: Plan and execute daily routes efficiently, manage time, and handle unexpected challenges.
• Admin & Compliance: Handle payments, manage inventory, maintain vehicle records, and adhere to safety/driving regulations
