Diehl Subaru is Hiring: BDC Sales Representative! Do you enjoy talking to people, setting appointments, and being part of a high-energy team? Diehl Subaru is looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to fill our Business Development Center (BDC) role. Whether you're experienced or just getting started in customer service, this is a great opportunity to enter or grow in the automotive industry with a great brand! What You'll Do: * Assist sales representatives in answering inbound sales calls, emails, and internet leads promptly and professionally. * Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and schedule sales appointments. * Maintain accurate notes in the CRM system (Tekion). * Work closely with Sales Associates to make sure leads and tasks are being completed accurately and in a timely manner. * Work closely with Sales Managers to discuss lead performance and meet dealership goals. * Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships. What We're Looking For: * Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-player mindset. * Prior customer service or phone sales experience preferred (automotive is a plus). * Comfortable using phone, email, and computer systems. * Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
