Shape the Workday: A Day in the Life

At 7:30 am in Euclid, Ohio, you step onto the floor of a family-owned manufacturing plant where reliability matters. By 4:00 pm, you’ve kept critical equipment humming, logged precise maintenance notes, and helped push a large-scale improvement project forward—then you clock out and enjoy your evening. Monday through Friday, that’s your rhythm.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the hands-on expert who keeps production assets safe, efficient, and available:

• Disassemble and install machinery; troubleshoot, repair, and service pumps, motors, cranes, blasting machines, and related equipment.
• Work with electrical and mechanical controls and devices; install and maintain electrical components across the facility.
• Support facility utilities, including compressed air systems and natural gas lines.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and document all actions—complete written records and maintain logs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings to plan and execute work.
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems for reliable performance.
• Thread pipe; solder and braze copper; fabricate replacement parts when needed.
• Use voltmeters and ammeters to test and verify circuits during diagnostics.

Schedule & Employment Details

• Hours: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday–Friday
• Employment path: Temp-to-hire, approximately 90 calendar days
• Pay structure: Weekly pay!
