Responsibilities

  • Perform commercial mowing and landscaping tasks safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail
  • Accurately track and record work hours and job details using the Aspire Mobile Application
  • Operate and maintain commercial lawn care equipment, including zero-turn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
  • Drive a truck with an enclosed trailer to and from job sites in a safe manner
  • Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, both verbally and in writing
  • Assist with snow plowing and salt truck operation during the winter season
  • Uphold company standards for quality, safety, and professionalism on all job sites

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
  • Interest in developing leadership skills
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Willingness to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Non-smoking applicants preferred due to a zero-tolerance policy on client and company properties
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Compensation

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour , paid weekly. Compensation is based on experience and skill level.
