Grace to Grace Behavioral Health is seeking an Independent Licensed Clinician to join our team in Lyndhurst. This hybrid role is perfect for a professional who values clinical autonomy and a flexible schedule.

We are specifically looking for a clinician who has a proven track record—including experience gained during clinical internships—working with diverse populations and managing complex cases. Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Care: Conduct diagnostic assessments and provide evidence-based psychotherapy.
• Treatment Planning: Create and evolve goal-oriented plans tailored to client needs.
• Documentation: Maintain high-quality clinical records in compliance with Ohio standards.
• Hybrid Engagement: Balance in-office presence at our Mayfield Rd suite with remote telehealth sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Licensure: Must hold a current, independent license to practice in Ohio ( LPCC, LISW, or IMFT ).
• Clinical Foundation: Solid experience in a clinical setting, including internship experience and postgraduate work that demonstrates a strong grasp of mental health diagnosis and treatment.
• Specialization: Openness to seeing a variety of ages and demographics; specialized training in modalities like CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care is a plus.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with EHR systems and HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.
