Grinder Operator

We’re looking for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and working in a high-quality, clean, and supportive shop environment.

What You'll Do

• Work with High-Tech Materials: Operate and maintain grinding machines in order to manually grind synthetic diamond components to exact specs.
• Demonstrate strong attention to details: Inspect parts using optical comparators to ensure top-notch accuracy.
• Be Part of a Quality-Driven Team: Maintain high standards for safety, precision, and performance.

What you need

• Mechanical mindset – you understand how things work and enjoy figuring them out
• Comfortable using tools and working on variety of sizes of tools, including small, high-precision parts
• Mathematically inclined, including shop math
• Steady hands and good manual dexterity
• Able to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks
• Willingness to learn

Location: Concord Twp., OH (Conveniently located near Auburn Rd. & Route 44 / Interstate 90 intersection)

Hours: 1st Shift | 7:00am- 3:30pm| or 2nd Shift | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM | Some Overtime Available

Pay: Competitive pay based on experience + shift differential
