Digital Solutions Manager
Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Lead digital programs and solutions aligned with business priorities, user needs, and industry best practices

Partner with internal stakeholders and external platform providers to adapt, enhance, and deploy digital capabilities

Own digital initiatives end-to-end, including strategy development, process design, implementation, and user adoption

Identify opportunities to innovate and continuously improve existing and new digital products, tools, and features

Oversee system administration responsibilities, including user access, permissions, and provisioning for assigned platforms
-
Ensure effective communication, alignment, and engagement related to digital solutions across teams
-
Support infrastructure and application adjustments to maintain cybersecurity standards and HIPAA compliance

Skills and Requirements
Preferred Qualifications

Associate or bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
-
Experience leading or supporting key projects involving external development or technology partners
-
Prior experience in a software management or digital solutions role

Hands-on experience supporting software applications, including but not limited to:
-
Salesforce, Airtable, NordLayer, Google Workspace (Gmail), Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Zoom, DocSend, and Adobe
-
Minimum of two years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator, including system configuration, user management, workflow automation, reporting, and ongoing system optimization.

Familiarity with AWS and AWS node resource structures is a plus
