Digital Solutions Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital programs and solutions aligned with business priorities, user needs, and industry best practices

• Partner with internal stakeholders and external platform providers to adapt, enhance, and deploy digital capabilities

• Own digital initiatives end-to-end, including strategy development, process design, implementation, and user adoption

• Identify opportunities to innovate and continuously improve existing and new digital products, tools, and features

• Oversee system administration responsibilities, including user access, permissions, and provisioning for assigned platforms

• Ensure effective communication, alignment, and engagement related to digital solutions across teams

• Support infrastructure and application adjustments to maintain cybersecurity standards and HIPAA compliance

Skills and Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in an IT-related field

• Experience leading or supporting key projects involving external development or technology partners

• Prior experience in a software management or digital solutions role

• Hands-on experience supporting software applications, including but not limited to:

• Salesforce, Airtable, NordLayer, Google Workspace (Gmail), Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Zoom, DocSend, and Adobe

• Minimum of two years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator, including system configuration, user management, workflow automation, reporting, and ongoing system optimization.

• Familiarity with AWS and AWS node resource structures is a plus
