Leasing Agent - Apartment Community

Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a dynamic and professional Leasing Agent to join our winning team at our Whispering Timbers Apartments in Maumee, OH, and we are excited to meet you! This person will also train and assist at our Valley Stream Apartments as well.
If you're looking to start a new career and have a positive attitude, we want you to be a part of our team! We are offering up to $17.00/hr. plus commissions, tuition reimbursement, and 80 hours of paid time off.
- PLUS $100.00 new lease commission and $100.00 renewal commission

- Housing Discounts Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:- Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
- Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are acceptable for showing
- Must be available Saturdays
- Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property
- Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required
- Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book.
- Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach
- Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program
- Travel between properties to provide tours as needed
- Valid Driver's LicenseKnowledge, Skills and Experience:- Entry Level experience, looking for the right candidate to train.
- Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
- Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents
- Valid driver's license and able to travel to two locations.
