$19.00 to $26.00 per hour
Requirements (Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification):
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to perform complex and detailed data entry
- Provide clerical and administrative support
- Strong customer service skills
- Efficiently navigate through and use complex computer modules
- Experience in reading deeds a plus
- Consistent and predictable attendance
Job Duties (Summary):
- Interpret data provided to transfer property
- Assist with other duties such as
- Vendor’s license
- Dog license
- Cigarette license
- Front desk coverage
Knowledge and Skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Consistent and dependable analytical skills
- Computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems such as MS Word and Excel
