At Devereux as a Administrative Support staff for our Medical Services office you will impact the individuals in our care by ensuring administrative tasks are completed timely and you provide a high level of customer support to internal and external teams as needed.
Everyday as the Medical Services Administrative Support staff you will.....
- Help with medical scheduling for appointments both new and ongoing
- Partner with nursing team to coordinate labs with Lab Corp
- Maintain office supplies and departmental needs
- Support Medical record keeping and be a liaison with providers and external points of contact
You will be offer:
- Compensation: $17.75-$20.24/hr based on experience
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

Devereux Pennsylvania Childrens Services (DPACS) center serves children adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders intellectual and developmental disabilities behavioral emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF) acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP) assessment services community-based mental health services community-based employment training and social skills training and approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities autism spectrum disorders concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives. A primary focus throughout the program is the philosophy of Program-Wide Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PW-PBIS) a program-wide system of care that promotes and rewards positive behaviors and prevents negative behaviors to create safe supportive living environments. Each year more than 1000 children and adolescents receive specialized care in the environment best suited to the unique challenges they face all with the goal of providing each child with the academic social emotional and life skills needed to flourish in their home community.

Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED required. One year of specialized training preferred.
Candidates must be21 years of age and maintain a valid drivers license
Experience: Proficient computer skills mastery of MS Office experience with data platforms (Radar Pro-Filer and/or other internal and external software applications pertinent to the position) Strong organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Requiresability to work independently prioritize manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adhere to established guidelines.
