Graphic Design Level 3

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Graphic Design Level 3 in Columbus, OH. Summary: We are looking for a Designer to join our in-house creative team and help bring our brand to life across a wide range of channels. This role is ideal for a versatile designer with experience creating everything from complex, information-rich print materials to engaging motion graphics and short-form video content. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume marketing environment, balancing multiple priorities while delivering thoughtful, high-quality creative work. Duties Include:

• Design engaging visual content for marketing campaigns across print, digital, social, email, video, and presentations
• Collaborate with creative directors, marketers, writers, and project managers to translate strategic goals into compelling designs
• Conceptualize and execute creative ideas from initial concept through final production
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment
• Maintain and evolve brand standards while ensuring visual consistency across all channels
• Prepare production-ready files and support final production as needed
• Stay current with design, culture, technology, and emerging trends
• Leverage emerging creative technologies, including AI, to enhance creativity and streamline workflows
• Bachelor's degree in design or related field
• 5-7 years of experience as a designer on an in-house marketing team or at an agency
• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional modern design, including editorial design, print, static and animated paid media, and integrated marketing campaigns
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, and project management tools such as Asana
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
