Assemblers, Kitters and Fabricators, Light
Position Summary:
We are seeking dependable and motivated candidates to support production and warehouse operations. This role involves assisting with product assembly, picking and packing orders, and handling materials to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general production tasks as assigned
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to order requirements
- Move materials, parts, and finished goods throughout the facility
- Operate basic material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or carts
- Verify product counts and inspect items for quality and accuracy
- Label, package, and stage products for shipping
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Work as part of a team to meet production and shipping goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in production, warehouse, picker/packer, or material handling preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to ___ lbs (as required)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
