About Us:

Senior Resource Connection is proud of our 60+ year legacy serving the Dayton and surrounding communities since 1956. We are a trusted non-profit serving over 15,000 older adults and adults with disabilities every year in the Greater Miami Valley area. With a legacy of compassionate service and essential programs such as home-delivered meals, in-home care, and guardianship services, we’re seeking a strategic and mission-driven leader to serve as our next President.

• Guide long-term vision and organizational planning
• Lead program development and staff inspiration

Operational Oversight:

• Manage daily operations and senior leadership
• Ensure regulatory compliance and service quality

Financial Management:

• Oversee budgets, audits, and funding contracts
• Ensure long-term financial sustainability

Fundraising & Development:

• Cultivate donor relationships and funding opportunities
• Lead marketing, branding, and outreach initiatives

Board Relations:

• Support the Board of Trustees with transparency and accountability
• Organize meetings and provide executive reporting

Public Relations & Advocacy:

• Represent the organization to the media, funders, and community partners
• Build visibility and elevate public understanding of our mission

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
• 5–7+ years in executive leadership (nonprofit preferred)
• Knowledge of grants, nonprofit finance, and service delivery models
• Strong communicator and relationship-builder
• Skilled in public speaking, strategic planning, and staff development
