About the Role:

In this position you will:

• Order and stock kitchen supplies to ensure office remains well-equipped

• Manage catering orders including setup and cleanup

• Track property concerns reporting them to property management promptly

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail packages and deliveries

• Assist with ordering supplies tracking expenses and ensuring cost efficiency

• Assist with employee engagement initiatives

• Help coordinate on-site and off-site events including scheduling setup and vendor management

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers/vendors to appropriate departments

Key Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in office administration facilities coordination or related role

• Microsoft 365 proficiency

• Strong attention to detailwhile managing multiple priorities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently proactively solve problems and anticipate needs
