Job Description

The Folder & Bindery Operator is responsible for operating folder and bindery machines, producing high-quality printing jobs to meet customer and company expectations. This role requires efficiency in folding different configurations, completing regularly scheduled maintenance, and loading materials with products while adhering to strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Operate folder & Bindery machines to produce high-quality printing jobs.
• Fold materials in different configurations as required.
• Perform regularly scheduled maintenance on machinery.
• Load materials and products into the machines.
• Follow all safety and quality measures.
• Complete necessary work forms accurately.

Essential Skills

• Experience in packaging and bindery machine operation.
• Proficiency in general production and material handling.
• Ability to perform changeovers and preventative/corrective maintenance.
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to follow all safety and quality measures.

This is a Permanent position based out of Loveland, OH.

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $47840.00/yr.
