Job Description

· Lead the rebuilding and strengthening of a 6-person maintenance team across two shifts

· Drive the turnaround and transformation of the maintenance department to achieve operational excellence

· Develop and implement robust Predictive and Preventative Maintenance programs

· Champion equipment reliability initiatives to maximize uptime and production efficiency

· Report on key metrics including equipment capability, planned vs. unplanned downtime, and overall equipment performance

· Build high-performing teams through mentoring, coaching, training, and professional development of maintenance personnel

Key Requirements

· Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing a maintenance department

· Demonstrated ability and willingness to rebuild and develop a team from the ground up

· Strong working knowledge of CNC equipment and automated manufacturing systems

· Proven background in Predictive and Preventative Maintenance methodologies
